Michelle is a trailblazing entrepreneur with a charismatic, honest, and heart-led approach to life, Michelle has forged connections with some of the world's most famous celebrities and extraordinary everyday individuals who often go unrecognized—until she steps in and gives them the spotlight.
Michelle is driven by people making an impact. Her 20 year career in the field of aesthetics provided her with a wealth of experiences, which she has shared in her best-selling book, Blue-Collar Beauty. This journey connected her with Amy and sparked the creation of the magazine, a testament to her commitment to authenticity and empowerment.
Michelle also co-hosts the award-winning podcast She's a 10 Times 5, which champions the voices of midlife women.

Amy, a seasoned business and leadership growth coach with over two decades of expertise spanning various industries, has been a transformative force for more than 20 years.
Her passion for building relationships and fostering authenticity has left a meaningful mark, not only through one-on-one and group coaching but also as a dynamic speaker of virtual and live events.
